French Connection has received two independent takeover techniques from possible suitors, sending the struggling retailer’s shares a two-thirds larger in morning trading.
Retail investor Spotlight Makes has approached the enterprise concerning a takeover bid with backing from restructuring and investment decision organization Gordon Brothers, which acquired the Laura Ashley model very last year.
The retailer said it had also been given a independent possible offer you from model investment decision system Go World Retail.
